Blessings…
So, Happy New Year!!! It has been a while since I have written, but no real reasons as to why not. I have spent great times with my family and have had some time off of work, so I just enjoyed it. Time away from politics. Time away from stress. Time away from just a lot. Good time, mind you!!! But as good as it was, reality happens, and so I gave myself some time to get back into the swing of things.
That said, reflecting on this past year, I have to say that we have been truly blessed. Our family has been employed this whole year, including the fact that we have had little interuption in any pay or any major expenditures during the year. At a time when people have not been so fortunate, my family is truly grateful that God has blessed us with so much! Thank you God for entrusting us with your blessings! Also, God has blessed us with being relatively healthy throughout the year as well! Big thank you to God for this, especially with the threat of Covid-19 this year! All in all, we have had a very blessed year, with all glory going to God!!!
Now, as far as our Country goes…
I Love each and every one of you! Trully!!! Even if i’ve never met you, even if we differ in our culture or race or thoughts, and Even if we differ in our political views! I am, however, worried about our nation! Politicians have created a hostility in the American population the likes that no one has ever seen. And I fear that it is entering our churches, and possibly our faith. When anything stands in the way of our worship of God or living the way he commands us, then we are not living in God's will. He commands us to “Love one another!” We are not doing this if we are at each others throats and storming capitols, and not focusing on him! God doesn’t care who is President! He didn’t vote. He will work his will regardless. But not if his people are not ready, willing, and waiting for his direction! We are not here to worship a President!!! We are here to serve our God!
Hope I didn’t lose any of you there…
I am very excited about what this year has in store for my family, my company, and myself this year. I hope to reach more people with more frequent blog entries and hopefully some great feedback!
